Frequency Workouts

Frequency Workouts are movement-based dance related classes.

Participants use tones and rhythms to create unique physical responses in a facilitated environment.

Based around several prompts, participants can consider their bodies and how they move and respond to sound and space. 

Each class is ended with a period of independent response, and participants draw out and perform their own dance scores.

We believe it is important to allow bodies opportunities to attune to frequencies found naturally within them.

No prior dance or movement experience necessary. All ages welcomed!
