JCSpaceRadio hosted a series of post-eclipse Sonic Labs and Frequency Workouts at West Nebraska Arts Center, located in a totality zone of the 2017 total solar eclipse. We prioritized working with bioresonance, binaural, and body-centered tones with connections to the Earth, Moon, and Sun during this series.

Sonic Labs are conversation based, community centered experiences where participants are saturated in body-resonating frequencies.  Participants are encouraged to record their reactions and share their responses with the assembled group. Frequency Workouts added movement activities to the half-day workshops.

This all-ages event created a playful and active environment of discovery and group dynamics.
